What is the construction time for a MSS building?

Depending on the size and complexity of your project, construction time is typically between 1 and 3 months. This is only a fraction of how long a conventional building would require.

What kind of foundation do I need?

These structures can utilize typical concrete foundation systems (slab, footing, etc.) . However our unique helical pile foundation allows construction in many conditions where concrete is unacceptable.

What are the size capabilities of Modular Space Systems buildings?

MSS buildings can be tailored to almost any size or configuration depending on what building shell is used.

What about code requirements?

MSS buildings can be designed to accomodate structural criteria for virtually any code requirements including very extreme temperature, wind and snow loads.

Can Modular Space Systems buildings be built for fire and ballistic resistance?

Our buildings can be engineered to achieve a non-combustible fire rating. The exterior panels can be explosion/ballistics rated.
